"I took the trial class a few months ago and the female instructor was very patient with me; she is very well trained with loads of experience and it's easy to follow her suit with their examples. I said I would return; though I personally feel like I wasn't ready just yet due to my self confidence and saw that I should get into better shape till I was ready so that's my own issue to deal with. Very friendly staff, plenty of space for a time-slot schedule and uplifting atmosphere. I hope to return to learn the art one day. Really appreciated their time I had with them."

"I've NEVER had any martial arts training. Went in on my first day and went straight to work! TONS OF FUN! My instructor, Mark, was super cool and explained everything so I could understand it easily. The hour went by so fast and I can't wait to go back again! Highly recommend for ALL levels of training.**UPDATE** It's been about 2 months since I've started training and I can already feel a difference in my body and even my mind. I'm more confident and feel more energetic! The team is so inviting and fun to work with. I'm excited for every class and can't wait until my next training session!"

"Our family of 5 is so lucky to have this gym open up in our neighborhood. This gym is fairly new, but it is growing quickly, and we are blessed to be a part of it. The high level of instruction that is being provided is greatly appreciated. On top of that, the instructors here who teach the kids' classes genuinely care for the kids, and you can see it in their consistent interaction with the kids during each class. The gym offers a wide variety of classes and instructional styles, so I'm certain that the gym will have something to offer for everyone. "This school is beyond amazing!!! Everyone there is awesome, friendly and caring!! I was on the fence for a long time and decided to finally try it out. I found this school and I signed up after my very first ever BJJ class because I felt so comfortable and I haven’t missed a day yet (and I don’t plan on missing any either π) I also noticed how amazing they are with the kids.
